We aim to ship individual orders within 48 hours of receiving. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Large orders do take longer to complete and ship, but we can always give an expected ship date when quoting an order.
A flat rate of 4.99 is added to individual orders. Quotes are provided for bulk orders and standard shipping rates will apply and be added to the order total.
As every product is manufactured from flat steel to finished product, there can be slight variations. We try our very best to create quality products every time. Little Drawers LLC provides refunds for defective products purchased directly from our website: LittleDrawers.com. However, we also have vendors so, if you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Little Drawers LLC has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Little Drawers LLC to be defective, Little Drawers LLC will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file.
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, Little Drawers LLC will not process a refund request.

How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product.
Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
